Beautiful 4/2.5 waterfront home with a heated pool

Western exposure water direct home with a heated pool and beautifully updated with smashing views out to the waterway. Stunning granite, plank wood look tile floor, Large sunken living room with beautiful Florida coral stone. The home also has an open kitchen to the breakfast and family room. Views of the pool from the living room, family room, and master bedroom. There is a formal dining room for six.
The master room is light and bright with a king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and views of the pool and waterway. The en-suite bathroom is exquisite and completely redone with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower with dual sink vanities. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, the second guest bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed, third guest bedroom has a king bed. Guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower combo and there is also a half bath off the formal living room. This gorgeous home is very spacious and creates a memorable vacation for all. The boat dock is available for use there is no lift. This property has streaming TV's, there is no cable.

Great Communication with Host. House was clean, big and conformable. No complaints there. There only negative was the demolition of the house next door but that is out of the host control. Overall it was excellent!

Everything was as advertised and it was a great stay. My only recommendation would be an update to the pots and pans. Very happy with everything else, would definitely stay here again.
