Welcome to your home away from home. The condo is consistently refreshed with ALL NEW bedding, linens, kitchen essentials, furniture and beach items. The condo is light, bright, clean, and cozy, boasting a modern tastefully decorated "beachy" feel. We look forward to hosting you!

Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is on the 6th floor, with stunning unobstructed beachfront ocean views. It's well cared for and organized.

Free internet and cable

Pre-Registration is required by the Apollo Condominium HOA for all guest. Please ensure once you receive the link (I will send it to you), you register at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival.

BEDROOM: King sized bed, with an HD TV., iron & ironing board. Nightstands with drawers and closet with plenty of extra linens & towels.

THE KITCHEN: Kitchen is fully stocked and has a dishwasher, stovetop/oven, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer; dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig, and a blender. We supply hand soap, and a roll of paper towels to get you started with your stay.

THE BATHROOM: Bathroom is a tub/shower combo. We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper.

BEACH CLOSET: The beach closet has all the beach-going amenities, including 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach towels.

Apollo Condominium has a private gated parking entrance, heated beachside pool, spa/hot-tub, fitness room and 2 tennis courts.

LAUNDRY: Washer & dryers are on each floor of the building down the hallway near the elevator. The machines accept coin/credit card payments.

The Apollo also provides an on site "beachfront" restaurant & bar, called the Sunset Grille located on the first floor where you can enjoy outdoor dining and drinks.

Due to the condos 505 square foot size, the maximum allowable people in the condo is 2 PEOPLE ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”.

PARKING: The condo complex is gated and requires a parking pass, which you get for a $45 Fee. This fee covers your entire stay. The parking pass will get you an assigned covered parking space. There is also a $75 refundable deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association upon your departure.

The $119 Property Protection fee covers things such as replacing broken/damaged furniture, carpeting, blinds, flood, fire, etc., and will be added at the end of booking your reservation.

Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended:
We STRONGLY urge all renters to purchase “Travelers Insurance” in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All insurance companies require you to purchase within 24 hours of booking. If you choose not to purchase Traveler’s Insurance, the risk of any travel interruptions, flight cancellations or delays, illness, death in the family, or other various curveballs will be your responsibility. InsureMyTrip is one option and it’s best to choose “Cancel For Any Reason”, to protect your vacation & your money. -The Hilton & The Marco Walk Plaza are only a half mile away. You will find many choices in restaurants, a movie theater, shopping and an ice cream shop!

-Caxambas Marina (where ski adventures, paddle boarding and kayaking all begin) is also less than a mile away.

Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo blinds closed by 9pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay. Turtle Season is from May 1st-October 31st.
