Peaceful paradise on a lower level condo with direct access to the white sands of Tigertail beach! End wing unit with 2 balconies allows beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We are unit #203, tower 4 facing Tigertail nature preserve with a very distant view of the ocean over the beautiful landscaping. Large balcony wraps around the building giving extra space and lends privacy when needed. Weekly rental. Gated community with parking.
The two bedroom, two bath unit provides plenty of room for relaxed vacation living. A fully equipped kitchen offers the convenience of eating in, or you may choose to experience many of the fine restaurants of Marco Island. Walk the sugar sand beaches or exercise in the fitness center, swim in the gulf, jog on the beach, or sunbathe at the beautiful heated pool - South Seas Tower allows you to be as active or relaxed as you choose.
South Seas is one of the only units on Marco Island to offer beach front access, as well as dock slips available for rent. We have Pickle ball courts and a very vibrant Pickle Ball Community, as well as tennis courts, shuffle board, Bocce Ball courts, putting green, picnic shelters, heated pool, and a couple of charcoal grills for use. And there's always fishing and wildlife viewing for a uniquely South Florida perspective of Marco Island. Kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards, and boats are available for rent. We are on the second floor so you can avoid the three elevators and people and get in and out quick to the parking lot.
Laundry is available on each floor.

The apartment is on the second floor there is no beachview, not even close. The photo is misleading.The view is to a parking lot and trees. The check in time was very late, at 4pm and the checkout time twas too early at 10am. There is also limited tv, no netflix. Aso a requirement to do laundry before yoou leave -even though you already pay a cleaning fee. Towels threadbare. Sheets had to be changed upon arrival. I would not return.

This was a great unit. The owners were on top of communication and making sure all was ok. Just note if you prefer the beach it is about an 8 -9 minute walk. I throughly enjoyed the beach and they have chairs and cart to make the walk so much easier. The pool is just as wonderful and this unit had everything I needed and more - I actually forgot toothpaste but they have baskets full of times others have left behind. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

Our experience was wonderful. We had everything we needed at the condo… it was larger than we were expecting. The area was very peaceful. We enjoyed daily walks around the bay and trips to the beautiful beach. Our family of 6 enjoyed this vacation and highly recommends.

Hosts were great and available. We really enjoyed the spacious well equipped unit plus access to beautiful broad white sand beach. Second floor location: pros—we could avoid elevators most of the time, cons—can’t see sunset into ocean which we love, tho sunsets are still stunning.

Marco Island beach accessible stay

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The unit was well stocked with amenities. Beach towels, lounge chairs, patio furniture & cookware. The grill was not next to the building built adjacent on the same property. The communications with the manager was great and without any issues.

Great week at Marco!

This was our second trip to Marco and this property. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. There is a little bit of work on some lanais going on from now to October so there was some construction noise at the pool but it did not interfere with enjoying everything about the property or our trip!

Awesome place for a relaxing vacation!

This is a great condo! Comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. My daughter didn’t want to leave and said we should come back to the same place next year! Amazing sunsets every night and we enjoyed the walk down to the beach after a yummy local dinner.

Large corner suite on the second floor that has a lot of amenities and supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great location to pop out to Tiger Tail beach and pool. Unit is very quiet and my family and I all had great sleeps in the comfy beds!
