Essex was amazing!

The property was so clean and lovely! Completely exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could want, and we appreciated all of the fresh towel and clean sheets. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrella were very convenient to have as well! Couldn’t recommend this condo enough!

Wonderful place to stay on Marco Island

This condo is in a great location on the island and was very clean. The first floor location is wonderful for easy coming and going. The salt water pool was fabulous. Access to the beach is just 2 blocks away. Restaurants, shops and movie theater is a few blocks away. We rented bikes that were stored in bike racks near our condo and the storage area with beach chairs was very convenient. We would stay here again.

Property was great for our stay. Beach is about a 10 min walk and while it was nice to have chairs and umbrellas to use, they probably need to be replaced soon. Overall it is a nice place and had everything we needed.

Very clean! Very friendly neighbors!

We had a really nice time with my sisters and mom. We were walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, pool, and the screened porch was perfect for people watching and evening game time!

Great Location on the Island!

Enjoyed our stay! Check-in process was smooth. Condo unit spacious for 4 guests. Short walk to the south beach access! Pool was centrally located to the condo unit - refreshing break from the beach and sand. Quick drive to restaurants and shopping!
