The condo has minimal supply for guests. There’s no oils, salt and pepper or minimal soaps. There’s only one trash bag on each trash can, nothing extra. The worst part is check in process. We aren’t allowed to get our keys until 4p and yet was told to register our car in the office after we arrived. Guest what, that office closed at 4p. And we weren’t told anything about where to park and unload our luggage or the codes to enter the building or how to do laundry. All those information were provided when you registered your car which is impossible to do until next day. It would be helpful if they were provided ahead of time! When we checked in to the condo, that place smelled awful. Nothing was done for three days then there’s water leak in the condo (explained why that room smelled so bad) and we had to move to a completely different place. No compensation was offered and nobody helped us move. This whole experience is just awful. Worst vacation stay ever and nobody seems to care or offer any compensation to us.

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed, and everything advertised. The overall property was also full of things to do - easy walk to the beach, pickleball courts, tennis courts, ping pong, shuffleboard courts, and bocce ball courts. Great time.
