* PLEASE NOTE: There will be construction in the building, estimated to begin August 3, 2026, through November 1, 2026. This condo does not require repairs so will not directly be impacted. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, ending approximately 4:30 pm.

The building's balconies are being repaired in accordance with recommendations from the Structural Integrity Study, conducted in compliance with Florida law.

The crew will be working on the 01 and 02 stacks. The pool is predicted to be closed during this time.

Access to the beach will be open.

Our condo is everything you have a right to expect for your vacation in Paradise.
This condo is located next to an end unit on the 12th floor. It has a breathtaking view.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped.
Both the master bedroom and living room have sliders that open to the private lanai, where you can enjoy any or every meal, relax, read, watch the dolphins play, and watch the sun set. It is a sight you will not soon forget.

What you can expect is 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, T.V.'s in each bedroom, free wifi, beach chairs, beach towels, and a front-load washer/dryer in the condo. The condo is tiled throughout.

Imagine falling asleep to the sound of waves on a comfortable king mattress in our master bedroom. This room also includes a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room's sofa bed opens into a queen-size mattress.

You can't get any closer to the beach. White sand and blue water make for a great escape and a much-needed relaxing vacation!

Property was excellent for a beach & pool vacation. Unit as described and the views were indeed stunning the large patio was a big bonus and the master with its own patio access was Devine. Spent many days reading from bed sipping coffee and listening to the waves. We did use the pull out couch so made our stay a little tight but we knew the space in advance. Patricia was amazing fast replies, detailed responses and was incredibly accommodating. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon all big plus! Pickle ball is on site and we did bring our rackets. Marco island is pretty “sleepy” not many beach front food/drink options and no close tiki beach front activities, but for a beach trip it’s perfect Washer and dryer in room always a big plus!

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean, anything we needed was on hand including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Great location on south end, near restaurants, bars and shopping. Patricia was super easy to deal with, any questions were answered really fast, with helpful answers. Was our 2nd time at this unit, if we come again would definitely look into same place.

Manager was so responsive and helpful! Property is perfect location on the beach and close to amenities on Collier. House has two beach umbrellas, wagon, beach toys and chairs which were so nice to have. Pool and pickle ball areas were both very nice. Great stay.

Sunset Paradise

The condo was very comfortable and clean for my husband and I. The unbelievable views from the 12th floor balcony were superb. We enjoyed the sunsets each night on the beach, but mostly from the balcony itself. The host was spectacular and very accommodating. The condo was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The walks on the beach were awesome. This is a place to relax... You will not be disappointed renting here.

The condo was fantastic and had everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Marco Island is very pretty and well maintained. Really good and unique restaurants. The owner was great to work with and we actually got to meet her while we were there. We will definitely be returning and will be sure to book this same condo. You will not regret renting this unit. The condo was just as advertised. Everything was clean and in working order. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had a question for Patty when we arrived and she responded very quickly and was a pleasure to work with. The condo comes with beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. Beautiful Beach and Condo

We had an unbelievable time celebrating my parent's 40th wedding anniversary in April at the condo. The view is breathtaking and the patio/lanai has very comfortable furniture. The check in and check out process is the smoothest we've had staying on the island every year for the last 30 years. Patty is an awesome host that is super easy to work with and very responsive. If any issues were to arise, I knew Patty would take care of it (although we had none!)! Condo is nicely updated and the upgraded washer and dryer were a big plus as we were traveling with a two year old. Overall, a great place to stay and an even better experience with the owners. We fully recommend coming to Marco and renting with Patty!

Wonderful stay

This condo was lovely and the view of ocean is incredible. Had everything we needed including everything for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys for the kids. Good internet access. Well maintained building includes a lovely pool. Patty the owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. Very close to restaurants including the outstanding Fin Bistro. We look forward to another visit.
