Crib is included. The living room and family rooms both have sofa beds. There is a full kitchen and dining room and a drive in garage. There is also a screened in pool and a dock behind the house with water access. Great for families. The house is less than a quarter mile walking distance to the ocean. There is a public beach access about a mile away.
