SEA MAR CONDO:
Enjoy our 19th (top floor) 2 bedroom, 2 bath Tower 4 penthouse unit in beautiful South Seas (a 55 acre secure gated community). It offers magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the Gulf waters from the over sized balcony and an equally great view of Marco Island from the entrance area of the condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper is in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have hurricane proof sliding doors that lead to the over sized lanai and all have magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the ocean. The master bath is a full bath with a granite vanity top and a tiled shower. The guest bath is also a full bath with a granite vanity top, a tiled shower and a tub. Note: The condo is equipped to sleep 6 people.
NOTE: 7 night minimum stay required by South Seas Condo Association. We rent on a Saturday-Saturday weekly basis, although multiple weeks may be rented. We also have a second property, Sea Mar Condo II. (See VRBO listing #3211019).

SEA MAR CONDO offers all tiled floors (no carpet). We provide free wireless internet to our guests. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, and blender. The dining area seats 6 people. There are 3 flat screen televisions (master and guest bedrooms and living room), all linens and towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and cabana, beach pull-cart, and beach toys. The balcony has dining chairs and table, conversational chairs for enjoying the amazing views and a chaise lounge for a good book or a nap.

The South Seas property has a heated pool, fitness facility, covered parking (Note: $100 registration fee, which includes parking, due to South Seas upon registration. NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY), clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, laundry facilities on each floor, and 24 hour gated security. There are casual and fine dining restaurants nearby, many offering on the water seating. South Seas offers access to 2 beaches...Crescent Beach with beautiful white sand perfect for a long walk or relaxing in a chair with a good book and Tigertail Beach, which is great for shelling, paddleboarding and kayaking.

There are places nearby that rent jet skis, boats, bicycles, or offer parasailing. Several golf courses are also located on the island. Downtown Naples is 18 miles away with great shopping and dining. The Everglades are a short drive as well offering air boat and swamp buggy tours.

SEA MAR CONDO is managed by a property manager who provides around the clock service to answer any questions or maintenance concerns should they arise. We look forward to sharing our Marco Island condo with you for the vacation of your dreams.

Great experience! They thought of pretty much everything! Lots of great recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. The condo had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Marco “ do nothing”

My daughter and I go on a do nothing vacation once a year in this place was perfect. All we do is sit on the beach soak up the sun and read we couldn’t ask for a better location. The beach was beautiful. The water was warm. The sunsets were spectacularOnly a couple of things I would change you have to pay for parking. It’s 100 a week. I’ve never had to do that before in any place that I’ve stayed at and there is no in condo laundry . There is a laundry room on each floor and since you are required to wash the beach towels that you use . So again you’re paying to do laundryOther than those two things this place was perfect

Beautiful Property on Marco Island

Beautiful condo with a big balcony overlooking the beach. The condo has almost everything you would need. The location is walking distance to some nice restaurants and a short drive to town. The beach that the property is on is pretty wide so it’s a bit of a walk to get to the water, but that’s the only downside. The place was very clean, safe. We highly recommend staying here!

Excellent couples getaway!

It was our first visit to Marco Island. Teresa and Larry made sure we had all the area info and comforts of home during our stay. The condo was clean, well-stocked, comfortable and the location and amenities were perfect for our needs. Karen was most helpful and pleasant with getting us settled in, sharing recommendations and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend staying here.

First time visiting Marco Island

Beautiful condo; great views of the beach. We were, however, disappointed that it was a very long hike around the nature preserve to get to the ocean. We ended up driving to another beach area that had easier access. The pool is a good alternative, though, if you want to be in the water. The owners were very accomodating - the condo has a well equipped kitchen, bathrooms have all sorts of toiletries, plenty of towels. They provided binders: one with recommendations for restaurants & activities, another for instructions regarding the condo, parking & general information. The property manager was courteous & very helpful. She met us to give us the keys & a tour of the condo/building & answer any questions we had about our stay. All in all, a nice vacation.

Great beach vacation

The condo is spotless. It is nicely equipped with items you need. Furniture is comfy and so are the beds. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy peasy. We had a beach umbrella break and they replaced it right away. First time back to Marco in 25 years - we had a great time!!! Forgot about how far the walk to the beach - but it does give you a good workout.

Everything we expected and more!

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The entire building is clean and quiet with nice amenities. This particular unit is comfortable and spacious, and the owners provide a lot of extras to make your stay more enjoyable, especially everything you need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, toys, and a wagon for hauling all of it). The communication with the owners and the property manager was top-notch. They answered all our questions quickly, from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Overall, a really great experience!

VRBO Requires a Title for some unknown reason

We really enjoyed our stay. The local management person made check in easy and provided lots of helpful information. The unit is excellently maintained and we enjoyed using the beach chairs and other beach items. It's so nice to sit on the balcony at the end of the day and have a drink. We highly recommend making the short walk to Doreen's for breakfast at least once during your stay.

Incredible Family Vacation at SeaMar Condo

Our family loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. We were comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities. This condo has beautiful views of the ocean. The close proximity to the beach made it very convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset and we appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella to relax by the ocean. Communication with the owner and property manager were excellent. The property manager met us to help us get checked in and the owner was in contact throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay during the winter

Beautiful place to enjoy warmer weather during December. Top floor views and balcony was amazing. Condo very comfortable with everything you could need. Heated pool area great. Walk to ocean is a distance but white sand isn't bad to walk on. The walk creates some exercise without realizing. Always a good thing. Area is quiet out of the way. Enjoyed our stay.

A Hurricane Vacation

We stayed here during Hurricane Ian. There was the expected loss of utilities, but that was expected. Our hosts, Teresa and Larry were absolutely wonderful. They kept in communications with us throughout the ordeal. The unit itself is gorgeous and has fabulous views of the beach and the gulf. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We plan to stay here again in the future, and I highly recommend that you stay here too. Thank you Teresa and Larry, for a very memorable stay!
