Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Wrong keys.

We never got to stay at the condo reason being THE keys .the keys that were in the lock box for us were the wrong keys we spend hours trying to solved the problem but there wasn't anybody and I mean no one to help us out .We called security and the person that I spoke to was very disrespectful. My wife and I also my son end up going back home. I wouldn't which this on anyone
