Welcome to Sand Dollar Sunsets. This beautiful, newly renovated two-bedroom/two-bath condo has breathtaking ocean views from the 15th Floor that will leave you breathless. 180-degree unobstructed views of the beach and right in front of Tigertail! Direct access to the beach. Great location to many restaurants and stores. Enjoy South Seas heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center located in building 3. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. Free Wi-Fi.

No pets allowed.

$100 Registration Fee (includes 1 vehicle parking, each additional vehicle is $100 (fee is subject to change)

Marco Island was a dream trip for us and I can not imagine any accommodations that would have been better than Sam's condo. The gulf sunset views from the patio were amazing. Tigertail Beach just a short walk away for shelling or hanging out. The condo is spacious with a plenty of kitchen space. Clean, comfortable, really easy place to spend time and relax. Just what we needed !!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The amazing sunsets were an added bonus. We enjoyed our time and hope to rent from Sam again. He is extremely friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had almost immediately. Sam, your condo is truly a paradise! Thanks for the great memories.

Location is beautiful! Apartment is pristine and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (cookware, matching dishes and glasses, etc) making it easy and comfortable to cook. Owner was easy to reach and responsive. A great stay!

This condo was among the best equipped I've started in through VRBO. There were plenty of paper products, dishwasher and laundry detergent for a short stay. The kitchen was as well equipped as you could ask for. The host also provided beach equipment. Sam was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Great Stay!

Had an awesome stay in Marco Island! Sam was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. I was a little worried because we were checking in really late, but the whole process was exactly as described. Loved the area—great restaurants, beautiful beach, and a nice pool. The condo was comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed for the beach. Everyone we met was really friendly. Would totally come back

Great view of the water. Everything we needed in one place. Very comfortable condo and great communication with host. Comfortable beds and all the kitchen equipment we needed. Marco had great restaurants! Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed on the property several years and this has been our best stay at South Seas. One of the best views of the beach and sunset. Everything was thought through and extras were provided to make our stay the best. Updated space and decor was nicely done. We would definitely pick this property again

Great stay for the holiday!

My family and I had a great stay at the condo. Sam and Cindy were very responsive and have done a nice job with the upkeep of this space. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms remodeled recently and pictures did not do it justice to the space. The local area was great and just a quick walk to beach.
