Wonderful home with pool/hot tub

The house, pool, and hot tub were amazing. The home is very clean and spacious. Plenty of areas to lounge inside and outside. The pool temperature and hot tub were perfect for the cooler March temperatures. The outdoor grill and drink cooler and wet bar were handy. The kitchen was stocked well for your basic cooking needs. Very comfortable home. The beach isn’t too far but a little further away than expected. Walking with kids isn’t really an option but the short drive (one mile) and the access to the beach was a little complicated as there wasn’t much public access during the busy spring break season. Once on the beach we had to walk a short distance to access some of the beach as the hotels take up a lot of the beachfront. We also checked out Tiger Tail, also a long walk from parking lot but much more enjoyable beach front. The house provides a beach wagon, chairs and coolers which were very convenient and much welcomed. Overall this home was very much enjoyed. The only other downfall was it was on a corner street with a redlight and during the busy March season it was sometimes hard to get in and out without having to just turn right and make a u turn and going past the house to make another turn to get in. Though it was doable and this only added an extra minute or so to our outings. My family left rejuvenated.

Girls trip

The house is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The lanai is spacious with many seating areas and a beautiful view of the dock and water. The only thing we found disappointing was that the house was not stocked with kitchen supplies. Plenty of dishes but no salt pepper and other seasonings. There was no tin foil baggies or other needed supplies. There were no serving dishes and no wine opener and not even a sponge. We wanted to throw a load of laundry in and there was no laundry detergent. The house is perfect just needs some everyday supplies.

Easter Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean and as advertised. We did run into a few small issues with some technology and door locks but they were fixed very quickly. The construction happening across the street was noticeable for one or two days, but since it was a holiday weekend it did not bother us too much. The only thing I think could be changed is why it is necessary to go to the rental agency to pick up a packet with your door code, since there are no keys. Why not just email this ahead of time and save the trip? We would definitely use this property again.
