This attractive beachfront corner unit features all tiled floors and new living room furniture. It offers a king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room suitable for children, not adults. There are flat-screen televisions in both the living room and master bedroom. Complimentary Wi-Fi, along with a washer and dryer, are included in the unit. Adjacent to the property is the Apollo Restaurant. Just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional restaurants, a movie theater that offers dining, and mini-golf. Please note that the stove/oven combination is not full-sized.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
