This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private 2nd floor garden unit at South Seas East has fabulous views of the swimming pool and Clam Bay! This waterfront condominium has sliders in the dining room and the living room to enjoy those relaxing view.

Located in gated South Seas, it is just a short walk to the beach.

This condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community with pickleball courts, tennis courts, a large heated pool, and boat docks. Please note NO SMOKING is allowed ANYWHERE in condo or on condo grounds and common areas.
