Our Tradewinds Penthouse Paradise is located on the top floor and affords privacy and tranquility with luxury and style. It comes turnkey furnished for a wonderful vacation experience with a nicely appointed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a large living room and separate dining area, a huge private lanai with unparalleled and unobstructed views of paradise, a king size bed for your sleeping comfort, an en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom and a half bathroom as well, plus all the comforts of home right on Marco's spectacular Crescent Beach. Our condo comes with central AC and heat for those chilly nights, ceiling fans, high-speed wi-fi internet, fiber optic cable, linens, towels, TV's in the living room and bedroom and of course, the most spectacular views on Marco Island. Beach chairs and towels are supplied for your convenience and comfort. The Tradewinds Condominiums feature amenities such as a large resort-style heated pool with Gulf views lined with chaise lounges, chairs and tables with umbrellas, a barbeque area where you can do some grilling while enjoying the beach view, a Tiki Hut area, laundry facilities, assigned covered parking, car wash area, mail room, library and common area social room.

Wake up every morning and glance out at the horizon without even the need to lift your head off your pillow. You cannot tell where the ocean ends and the sky begins. And with a convertible contemporary futon style Italian leather sofa in the living room that functions as a double bed, this home can accommodate four.

There are plenty of destinations on the island for your entertainment. You'll discover a myriad of great dining and shopping choices nearby. The JW Marriott and the Esplanade are both close and Marco Walk which features a choice of five restaurants, numerous shops and bars, a movie theater and ice cream parlor is a short distance away. You can walk to most places, drive or Uber around the island as well. Come experience Marco like a local. Additionally, Naples is a short distance away and affords many other attractions and tourist activities. Head into the Everglades and check out one of the Air Boat Rides into the wilderness. Thinking about an off season get away? April and May are delightful on Marco Island as are October, November and December. The weather is perfect, the snowbirds have all left for the season so the traffic is light and no waiting at restaurants! Plus the beaches aren't packed to the gills and the ocean is like bath water.
