Enjoy this Marco Island tropical retreat at this 2 bed 2 bath condo located at popular Grandview. Situated between 2 of the 4 public beach access points on the entire island this location provides the highly sought after opportunity to walk to the beach.
Recently renovated kitchen complete with new appliances and granite countertops. Both Keurig and standard drip coffee maker in the condo for all you coffee lovers out there. Fully stocked kitchen provides all one would need when cooking up that feast.
Extremely popular with guests is laundry in residence here so no need to take any laundry out to any common areas to do.
Unwind in the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom offers two cozy twin beds. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen smart TVs, ensuring a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your beachside getaway.
All beach gear is provided in the condo as well offering beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels.
Covered parking is a big plus as well that comes with the condo.
The condo has been beautifully furnished throughout and an absolute ideal setup one would need to come relax and head to the beach.
Finally if all that was not enough Grandview is also located just 2 blocks south of popular Mission Plaza offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, and shops.
