Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, odadaki yataklar rahattı, personel de kibardı, verdiğim iki puan bunlar için. Abbara odasında kaldık, odada tuvalet ve banyo odanın içinde sadece duşakabin ile ayrılmış yani bir duvar yok. Bunu rezervasyon sırasında fotoğrafta görmüştüm ancak uygulamada bu kadar kötü olacağını tahmin etmedim. Tuvaletin duşakabin kapısı kırık ve kapanmıyordu. Odaya girer girmez bunu söyledik ancak tamir edilmedi. Odanın içinde kapısı kırık kapanmayan bir tuvalet vardı yani! Lavabo şakır şakır yere su akıtıyordu, buna da bir çözüm bulunmadı. Çok otantik bir konak ve oda, ancak temel konfor eksik. Bir daha gitsem kalmam, önermiyorum

Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyor. Odada bazı sorunlar vardı. Duş başlığı yükseğe asılmıyordu ama bunun dışında hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Temel beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Fiyat performans hizmeti aldık.

Konak çok büyük. Avlusu terası çok güzel. Odalar değişik boyutlarda. Ben Kadim odasında kaldım. Gayet güzel bir banyo ve yatağı mevcut. Sadece biraz tuvaleti küçüktü. Çalışanlar çok iyiler ve isteklerinizi sorgusuz yerine getirmek için çabalıyorlar. Kahvaltı açık büfe belki 30-35 çeşit, harika şeyler mevcuttu. Merkez cadenin sonunda sessiz bir yerde.

Çalısanlar çok bilgisiz ve ilgisiz.wc ler cok kotu kokuyo,banyoda dus baslıgı yok.chekın yapmak ıcın 1 saat beklettıler.ona ragmen carsafları yıkadıkdan sonra kurutmadan sermişler ıslak ıslak.gece yataktan iğne batmasıyla uyandım.yatakta 3 tane toplu iğne vardı.kahvaltı yapmak için temız masa bulamadık,kalkanların yerını asla temızlemıuolar masa örtüleri hep pisti.aldıgı parayı asla haketmıyolar.

Tavsiye etmiyorum

Yataklar oldukça rahattı, eşyalar yeniydi fakat tuvalet ve duşa ışık açık girdiğinizde içerisi olduğu gibi görünüyor ve odanın içinde sadece duşakabinle çevrililerdi. Bütün ses ve koku odanın içinde. Kapısı sokağa açılan turabdin odası pek kullanışlı değildi çünkü sokaktan çok fazla ses geliyordu. Çöp toplayan çalışanların bağırması, kavga eden kedilerin sesi ve sokaktan geçen insanların kapıyı rastgele açmaya çalışmasıyla uykumuz bölündü. Oda genel olarak konforlu değil. Sabah kahvaltısı pek iyi değildi. Çalışanlar baya çabalıyordu, iyilerdi bu durumun otel sahiplerinden kaynaklandığını düşündük. Çalışanlar oteli kendi kendine düzeltmeye çalışıyor, yalnız bırakılmış gibilerdi. Müşteriye sağladıkları olanakları kısmışlar. Duş için şampuan falan da yoktu. Verilen hizmet ve kaliteye göre fiyatlar çok yüksek. Bir gün öncesinde,bunun yarı fiyatına, Urfada taş konakta 5 yıldız konforunda konaklamıştık.
