You'll find a private heated outdoor pool (open from May to September), a pleasant garden (enclosed by a wall and wire fencing), children's games, and a pool table for adults.

Located on the edge of the Orléans Forest, a few kilometers from Pithiviers, the cottage is also close to the magnificent Château de Chamerolles in Chilleurs-aux-Bois. Nearby, you can explore André Eve's rose garden, the Morailles rose garden on the Rose Route, and the charming village of Chambon-la-Forêt. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful 52m² living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a dining room, a lounge with a pellet stove, two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, on the landing, there is a pool table, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed and a bunk bed (140x190 cm double bed on the bottom and a 90x190 cm single bed on top), a bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed and a 140x190 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The lovely garden features a private outdoor swimming pool (saltwater, 4x8 m, 1.20m to 1.60m deep), open from May to September, weather permitting. There is a terrace with a pergola, barbecue, griddle, and pizza oven. You can relax on the sun loungers and swing around the pool. For children, there is a play structure with a swing and slide, a basketball hoop, and even a trampoline. Approximately five chickens and two ducks live in a 40m² enclosed pen on the property. Garden (eggs are available).

All-inclusive rates: heating included, linens provided and beds made upon arrival, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
