Charming Cottage with Heated Pool, Tennis, and Game Room Near Le Mans
Located 25 minutes north of Le Mans, near the Mancelles Alps and the Perche, the gîte is part of the Domaine de Crottay. Gardens with species of various colors, wooded park, meadows and orchards of this 18th and 19th century property with elegant buildings, offer the natural setting of this corner of nature that the owners like to share. Swimming pool heated from May to September. Tennis, walks, games of hide-and-seek, cabins, sculpted trees: so many delicious moments in perspective for adults and children alike! It is a small natural paradise close to Beaumont sur Sarthe and its shops. The place is ideal for recharging one's batteries but it is also conducive to the discovery of woodworking and dynamic photography.

On the ground floor: bathroom (shower), WC, fully equipped kitchen area, lounge area with TV, DVD player, washing machine. Free internet access.
