A beautiful stone house adjoining the owners' house. On the ground floor, you'll find a living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, drip coffee maker and espresso machine, and dishwasher. There's also a lounge with a sofa, television, and Wi-Fi. A shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine completes this level. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x190cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (120x190cm). A shower room with a standard shower and toilet is also located on this floor. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is available upon request. Enjoy a relaxing holiday between Angoulême and Périgueux. You can explore Brantôme, "The Venice of the Périgord," enjoy canoe trips on the Dronne River to Bourdeilles (with its magnificent castle), visit the Romanesque churches with their domes in the Ribérac region, and delight in cycling, mountain biking, or hiking (numerous trails start nearby).

You will appreciate the private, heated, chlorine swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1.5m deep), secured by an alarm and fence, open from late June to September (weather permitting), located approximately 10 meters in front of the covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

At the rear of the house, you can enjoy a shared enclosed garden with the owner, who has a Bernese Mountain Dog and two cats. You can also visit the chickens and rooster.
