Arcadia Dreaming Chalet

Arcadia Dreaming Chalet is a peaceful two storey holiday house tucked away next to the weir in the heart of Margaret River. With direct access to the river and walking trails, it’s the perfect base to relax or explore, just a 7-minute stroll to cafes, restaurants and shops on the main street. The weir is also a fantastic swimming spot in the summer months. Surrounded by nature yet so close to town, this cosy retreat is ideal for families or small groups of up to 6 guests.

The Space

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom chalet thoughtfully designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Upstairs, the huge master bedroom offers a queen bed, sitting area and private ensuite with freestanding bath, creating a peaceful sanctuary. Downstairs you’ll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and the third with two single beds, plus the main bathroom with a shower, vanity basin and separate toilet.

The kitchen on the ground floor includes a small seating area with TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning. There is a washing machine in the kitchen for guest use. Upstairs, the spacious lounge area features a large L-shaped couch, reverse cycle air-conditioning, dining table and kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. A third toilet upstairs adds to the practicality.

Outside, there is an undercover patio area with outdoor table and BBQ. Enjoy the tranquil setting with large peppi trees and easy access to walking and cycling trails along the river. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or adventuring outdoors, Arcadia Dreaming Chalet is the perfect Margaret River getaway.

Cleaning Fee - Please note that the Cleaning Fee is higher than other properties because it is a combined Linen Hire & Cleaning Fee.
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Pets: The chalet is dog friendly. Please keep your dog on a lead when outside, the yard is not fenced. Please note pets cannot be left unattended in your chalet. If bringing your pet, you’ll need to plan on taking them wherever you go.
