Central Heights sits on top of the town with main street views, this apartment is a great base to immerse yourself in a Margaret River getaway!
The Space;
Brand New high end apartment just meters away from the main street. This comfortable apartment has everything you need including 3 reverse cycle air conditioners, ceiling fans, Smart TVs in both bedrooms and a large Smart TV in the living room.
The perfect location right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but the windows are double-glazed so the apartment itself is nice and quiet.
Tastefully furnished with brand new modern furniture this apartment is light and bright and offers everything you need for a down south getaway.
The apartment makes for a fantastic base for 2 couples with two bathrooms. There is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a king bedroom with the second bathroom just outside in the hall.
The galley style kitchen is modern and has views up Fearn Avenue. There are two comfy couches in the living area with large TV on the wall, flanked with windows showing off the urban view. There is a great little balcony with outdoor couch for you and view across town.
Sit back and relax at Central Heights while you enjoy a local wine on the balcony or watch your favourite movie after a big day exploring the region!
