Silver Leaf | Margaret River
Set in the heart of Margaret River Town, Silver Leaf is a charming detached cottage designed to be a home away from home. Newly renovated and conveniently located within a five-minute stroll to the Main Street
The idyllic location is close to the high street and popular Saturday Farmers markets with plenty of options for dining in town, you’ll be spoilt for choice. The cottage has been thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail creating a warm and inviting space for the perfect Margaret River escape. Well-appointed with everything you will need for to enjoy a holiday, you’ll fall in love with the charm of Silver Leaf cottage.
The Space
The house comprises of three generous carpeted bedrooms one king, one queen and two singles all with ceiling fans and portable heaters for the cooler nights. The central bathroom includes a bath and combined shower and there is a separate toilet and spacious laundry area with washing machine. The open plan living area with comfy leather lounge suite is designed for relaxation.
The living area has a split system air conditioner and wood burning fireplace to enjoy for those cooler nights. The smart TV enables you to log in and enjoy your favourite streaming platforms.
The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry needs and features a fridge/ freezer, hotplate, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also an undercover outdoor entertaining area with Weber BBQ and dining setting to enjoy the views of the spacious north facing garden.
There is a generous driveway at the front of the house with plenty of off-street parking available for 3 cars.
The cottage is mainly on one level, however, please note there are a small number of steps to the front and rear of the property.
