There is a living room with sofa and large armchair. The sofa is a sofa bed. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. the table extends to seat six when pulled away from the wall, the top can be be unclipped, rotated and unfolded. There are two additional folding chairs next to the coat pegs. Bookcase contains some games and books for the (hopefully) occasional rainy day!
Freely channels are available on the TV.
In the kitchen there is an oven, hob and microwave to cook your own meals. Crockery, glassware, ovenware and pans are all available. You will also find some more board games in the island cupboard. There is also a washing machine.
A door at the rear of the kitchen leads to an inner hall with access to the small courtyard, bathroom and stairs to the bedrooms.
In the bathroom, there is a shower over the bath, basin and WC.
The whole of the downstairs is practical hard flooring while the stairs and bedrooms are carpeted.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The king size bedroom faces the front of the property and features an open wardrobe and a drawer unit. When pulled slightly away from the wall, the top of the drawer unit can be swiveled to make a desk. We tend to use the stripey char from the single bedroom as a desk chair.
The rear bedroom has two single beds, a bench seat, chair and book case.
All rooms have shutters at the windows.
We provide a welcome pack including Toilet roll,
Hand soap, J cloth, sponge, bin liners , black sacks,
kitchen roll, tea, coffee, washing up liquid and
washing pods.
Access is down steps from the pavement.
Parking on street is with a permit but you can park for free without a permit at the end of the road (next to the park) where a permit is not needed. Its a short walk away and there are no problems in unloading near the property and then parking afterwards.
