With beautiful sea views, a wraparound garden, and plenty of space to relax, it’s the ideal base for exploring the Kent coast. With free on-street parking and a bus stop right outside. You’ll be just a five-minute walk from the beach (St Mildred’s Bay is your closest), The house is also close to Westgate-on-Sea Station (with great links to London and a 3-minute train ride to Margate), as well as local supermarkets, independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and even a cinema. This lovely family home is full of character, furnished with handpicked retro pieces and plenty of room for families and larger groups. On the ground floor, you’ll find: A bright hallway leading to a comfy sitting room (with additional sofa bed). A dining room with garden access and a table that converts to a pool table for relaxed evenings together! A separate, fully equipped kitchen. A downstairs loo. Doors leading out to the wraparound garden with a large outdoor dining area, perfect for sunny breakfasts or evening drinks. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: Three double rooms, one with the most stunning sea views. One seaview children’s room with bunk beds, books, and toys. The bunk beds are safe for adults to sleep in too. There’s also a modern family bathroom with a bath and a shower. Please note: the top-floor attic area is locked and not accessible to guests.
