Bonjour, désolé des désagréments que vous avez subis! suite à votre appréciation nous avons aussitôt rappelé à l'ordre notre sous-traitant du nettoyage, qui d'habitude effectue un travail soigné. Encore toutes nos excuses pour ces manquements constatés!
