Great Place, quiet, yet still close to City.

Quiet, clean place to call home. Still close to shopping and entertainment, yet far enough from all the madness. Owner was very accommodating during our time and the COVID-19 pandemic. Will definitely stay here again.

Our two-month stay in Robert’s house in Maricopa was great! We were his first guests, so there were a few little things that needed to be taken care of at first, but Robert saw that they were taken care of right away! The neighborhood was quiet & friendly. We were close to a Walmart, lots of eating places, movie theater, bowling alley, casino (which we didn’t use), some shopping, & a neighborhood park with a playground, picnic tables, benches, pond with ducks & walking path (which we did use a lot for enjoying the sun). It took us only 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours to get to places we wanted to go in the Mesa/ Phoenix area (which we did 3-4 times a week). Then it was nice to come “home” to a quieter place! I would recommend Robert’s house especially for families, couples who want to share expenses, any “group” of 4-6 people, or anyone who wants lots of space. Thanks, Robert! Diann
