Comfortably furnished, spacious vacation apartment overlooking large garden, away from traffic and traffic noise.



Your accommodation is located in the charming Niesetal, directly at the foot of the Weserbergland. Make yourself comfortable here, relax in the infrared sauna or in the well-kept garden.



From here you can quickly reach the foothills of the Teutoburg Forest. In addition to the scenic attractions of this low mountain range rich in water and deciduous forests, you are here in one of the richest cultural landscapes in Germany. The German Fairy Tale Road, the Weser Renaissance Road, the World Heritage Site of Corvey Monastery and Castle, the Fürstenberg Porcelain Manufactory, the largest open-air museum in Germany (the Westphalian Open-Air Museum in Detmold), the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and much, much more will entice you all around.



Numerous health resorts in the area attract visitors with very different attractions. For example, the nearby state spa of Pyrmont, in addition to its famous palm garden of the Hufelandtherme, a zoo and the castle, also offers such unusual attractions as a haze cave and sinkholes.



A stage camp of the Romans was located nearby. A few hundred meters away from your vacation apartment, this place is still popularly called "Up de Schanz". From your location you can reach the traditional painter's colony Schwalenberg as well as the beautifully situated Benedictine Abbey Marienmünster on easy hikes. Further destinations are the Hufelandtherme, Paderborn or Bad Driburg.

Welcoming, comfortable and clean

Stayed here for a wedding at the Abtei Marienmunster, which was about a 3-5 minute drive - very close. Great property in quaint, quiet village of Born. Clean, modern, comfortable. Had all the amenities as advertised. Wifi was not strong in all of the bedrooms, but was decent in many living space. Communication with hosts was easy, quick and responsive. Leading up to check-in, communication was through the property management company, but was still easy. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Komfortable, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung. Den Sonnenaufgang im Wintergarten zu beobachten habe ich sehr genossen, überhaupt die Ruhe und die Natur drumherum. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Infrarotsauna war gerade jetzt im Winter sehr willkommen.Auch die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist zu empfehlen, da haben wir uns bei früheren Aufenthalten ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gute Mischung aus Entspannung und Aktivitäten

Schöne Unterkunft, super ruhige Lage. Born selbst liegt quasi "mittig" zwischen den vielen sehenswürdigen Orten im Teutoburger Wald und der Weser. Einfach ein richtig schönes Flecken Erde.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und toller Region
