The host was very informative of the possible noise from the activities on the first floor. The rooms are above the back end of a bar/restaurant that has live entertainment on weekends. We did not find it affected our stay at all. The rooms were exactly as depicted and we had no surprises. We are familiar with the area and this was a perfect spot for a short weekend visit! We would certainly stay here again if the need arises.

This place was lovely and perfect for my husband and me. We were in town for a wedding at the Sherwood Inn in Skaneateles, which was only about 13 minutes away, making it a very convenient location.The property is located above the Amber Inn Tavern. We returned from the wedding around 12:50 a.m., and the tavern had already closed, so we did not experience any noise issues. However, if you are a very light sleeper, this may be something to consider.Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful setting near Otisco Lake. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.
