Welcome to MANGO, a stunning duplex apartment fully renovated in June 2025, ideally located facing the lagoon in a secure residence with a swimming pool. Perfect for a family getaway or a trip with friends, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests,

The bright living area includes a queen size sofa bed with a high comfort mattress for daily use, a smart TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen. From the spacious terrace, you ll enjoy panoramic views of the lagoon and breathtaking sunsets every evening.

The downstairs bedroom features a queen size bed, a large closet, a safe, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom can be arranged with either two single beds or one large double bed, and also has its own private bathroom and toilet. A guest toilet is also available at the entrance for added convenience.

The apartment is air conditioned, equipped with high speed fiber wifi, a water tank, and a private parking space.

Please note: the lagoon in front of the residence is not suitable for swimming, but offers a peaceful setting and beautiful views. The center of Marigot with its restaurants, shops, pharmacy, Monoprix, and local market is just a short walk away.

The lagoon is not swimmable. Island life has its share of drawbacks: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. However, a supply of chlorinated water is available to troubleshoot (to flush the toilet, rinse) The island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them.
