NEW - 35 m2 studio (+ 8 m2 terrace) on the 1st floor with lift, air-conditioned, offering an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. Well ventilated. The residence is located on the edge of Marigot beach, with its private boats as a panorama.
The apartment is bright, calm and very pleasant, and consists of:
A main room with a large king size bed + a sofa (convertible bed for two people), a storage unit, a 45pc screen television, HD internet via an Orange Livebox, a TV package with international channels, a coffee table, air conditioning, ceiling fan...
Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine.
Kitchen equipped with 2-burner ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer... and a dishwasher.
Sheets, hand towels, bath towels and household linen are provided, as well as an iron.
The beach of Marigot Bay is 200m away. A large supermarket and shopping area are 3 minutes away by car.
