Check in took too long.

Overall, it was ok. The only issue is that the front desk didn't have my information from hotels.com and asked me for a lot of different documents, including RG and CPF (Brazilian documents) which they don't have. It took about 30 mins to check in, too much after a long day.

Bom hotel para curta estadia

Quarto pequeno e básico, bom apê as para estadias muito curtas. É silencioso, mesmo localizado em rua movimentada. Serviço pode melhorar. Meu voo saia bem cedo e pedi ajuda com serviço de despertar, as duas recepcionistas informaram que o hotel não tinha e se negaram a me auxiliar. Disseram que "não podiam deixar a recepção sozinha". Como se fosse preciso as duas pessoas irem bater na minha porta de madrugada... Enfim, má vontade.

Adorei

Adorei a hospedagem, o hotel tem padrão Ibis, porém achei melhor. É muito limpo e organizado, mobília nova, atendimento excelente, café da manhã com muitas opções, só tenho elogios.. Achei o preço super justo pelo que oferece, visto que o ibis é bem mais caro e para mim deixa a desejar em muita coisa. Fica do lado da havan e de um shopping, então bem fácil para alimentação, passear etc...
