This Beautiful new home situated in Marion Bay Sands is only 200 meters from the calm waters of Marion Bay. The holiday home has 4 Bedrooms, open plan Kitchen, Dining and living which opens out to a North facing front deck. Clear Waters is conveniently located and only a 5 minute walk along the beach to the Marion Bay Jetty ( famous for Squid fishing ) , Marion Bay Tavern and General Store. The property offers ample car parking with plenty of room for the big boat !
