As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by a living room featuring a high vaulted ceiling that fills the space with natural light and offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The tasteful decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The location is ideal, only 41 miles from the gate of Yosemite, 11 miles from Lake McClure, 19 miles from Splash and Dash, and just 15 minutes from historic downtown Mariposa.

This home is ADA-friendly and includes a powered lift recliner chair with heat, massage, and a cup holder; an ADA-friendly bathroom with a roll-in shower and a shower chair; an adjustable queen bed frame; an adjustable split king bed with a massager; a commode; and a Genesis lift.

**Late-Check-Out Policy** -30 mins to 1 hour after check-out $75 -1 hour after check-out $100 - Every additional hour after that $100
**Smoking Policy**Strict no smoking policy. Any smoking in house incur a fine of $1,000 + any damaged furniture/linens and outside smoking $500 fine
