Very clean and it was a lovely stay. Note that there is no cellular access at all. Also note that if everyone takes successive showers, showers should be short since you do run out of hot water. Overall, lovely stay and would come again.

This is a great property but it is a 90 minute drive to Yosemite. Very clean house with everything you need to have a great stay. Back patio area could use a gas BBQ and table but it does have 4 chairs. Master bedroom could use a night stand on each side only one available while we stayed. Great home if you have kids extra room has bunkbeds.

Awesome house, sparkling clean and very comfortable. Host is extremely accommodating and helpful during the entire booking and stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with wild turkey and deer roaming through the back of the property. Would highly recommended to both couples and families!

It's new and very clean.

Overally this place was very satisfactory. Very clean and peaceful. Only one issue I had on this property was the ants. The owner said he will take care of it for the future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental near Yosemite. Although the location is remote (about 26 minutes from town for markets/shops and roughly a 1-hour drive to Yosemite National Park), it was still easy to access. The home is a one-story, newer construction exactly as advertised—beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The hosts were very amicable and responsive to our messages. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and detailed, which made everything smooth. We would absolutely recommend this place. P.S. Download an offline map ahead of time for getting around the beautiful Mariposa area—cell service and internet can be limited.
