In the mornings, you might find yourself stepping out onto the shared balcony, coffee in hand, planning the day ahead. Maybe it’s a full Yosemite adventure—just a scenic drive away—or maybe you linger a little longer, enjoying how quiet and grounded everything feels here.

House Rules-

1. Reservations are protected by TRUVI. Guests must complete a quick verification before receiving check-in instructions.

2. No extra guests allowed. The number of guests must match the reservation. Unauthorized guests entering the property may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Check-in after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but are not guaranteed and may include additional fees.

4. Pets may be allowed case by case. Maximum 2 pets. A 75 cleaning and companion fee per pet applies and pet rules must be accepted before approval.

5. Smoking and burning candles are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violation results in a 250 penalty.

6. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No outdoor noise, music, or disturbances during this time. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

7. No parties, weddings, or events without prior written approval. Additional charges may apply.

8. No professional photoshoots or video shoots without prior approval and possible licensing fees.

9. Property vendors may access the property for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, or repairs with prior notice.

10. No glitter or confetti. Excessive mess may result in a 500 cleaning fee.

11. Only 3 cars are allowed in designated parking spots.

12. Illegal or abusive internet use is prohibited. WiFi availability cannot always be guaranteed.

13. Report any accidental damage immediately. Unreported damage may result in replacement fees plus repair costs.

14. Guests should remove trash, wash dishes, and leave the property tidy at check-out.

15. Lost keys will incur a 75 replacement fee.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
