The apartment spans 135 sqm across three floors and offers the following layout:



- Double room “Mountain View” in the attic (bed 1.80 x 2 m) with private bathroom, cozy sofa, and air conditioning

- Double room “Valley View” on the upper floor (bed 1.80 x 2 m)

- Double room “Stream View” on the upper floor (bed 1.40 x 2 m) with desk

- “Stream View” and “Valley View” share a spacious bathroom with two sinks, shower, and double bathtub



On the ground floor, you’ll find a large air-conditioned living and dining area with leather sofa, dining table, 65" smart TV, and soundbar. The kitchen is fully equipped. A pantry with freezer and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying rack in the basement are also available.



The spacious Bangkirai terrace (25 sqm, partly covered) is perfect for relaxing. There’s a garden table for 6–8, 2 sun loungers with cushions, a hammock, and a large gas grill.



The house features a photovoltaic system, heat pump for domestic water, and modern air conditioning. An EV wallbox with solar charging is available.



Markdorf Hepbach is in the golden triangle between Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen, and Meersburg. Lake Constance is 8 km away. The apartment is at the end of a private road in a quiet residential area, at the foot of Gehrenberg—an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling to the lake.



Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am (unless otherwise agreed).
