NEW Luxury Countryside Retreat for Family and Friends

Welcome to your home in the East Midlands!

My air-conditioned, underfloor heated, spacious 2 bedroom loft, is a loving conversion of the standalone Victorian red-brick stable building at my family home, Rectory Farm, which is set in rolling countryside close to Market Harborough (1 hour by train to London).

It has literally just been converted for luxury modern living so everything is brand new and sparkling clean. It's filled with custom-made furniture, original art and fun gadgets.

The Loft is a large 135 sq metre / 1450 square foot space which welcomes friends and families or work colleagues travelling together. Ideal for those who want a relaxing and luxurious place to stay which is a world apart from the chain hotels and poor quality accommodation otherwise available.

If you are coming in a bigger group why not consider also booking my other 3 bedroom listing at the same location, The Barn - Its an amazing Indoor/Outdoor Living space with a 10 metre glass wall and its own garden that sleeps 8, or The Cottage, my romantic one bedroom that sleeps 4. • Amazing Base from which to explore - Rectory farm is conveniently located for Leicester, Market Harborough, Northampton, Rugby, Kettering and Corby.

• Good dining in village pubs in Clipston, Sibbertoft and more (5 mins).
• 4 mins drive to Kelmarsh Hall if you are coming for an event or a wedding.
