Herzlich willkommen in unseren Ferienwohnungen Hartmann im heilklimatischen Kurort Marktschellenberg im schönen Berchtesgadener Land. Unser Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen, sonnigen und zentralen Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz am Haus. Unser kleiner Ort liegt am sagenumwobenen Untersberg. Die wildromantische Almbachklamm, Deutschlands größte erschlossene Eishöhle und der Wallfahrtsort Maria Ettenberg, bekannt aus vielen Fernsehfilmen gehören zu unserer Gemeinde. Berchtesgaden ist 9 km entfernt. Von hier aus ist es nicht mehr weit zum Königssee, Kehlstein, Salzbergwerk, Watzmann- Therme und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Weltkulturstadt Salzburg ist ebenfalls nur 10 km entfernt. Sehenswert ist die Stadt selbst, sowie der einzigartige Tierpark und das Wasserschloss Hellbrunn. Eine Fahrt mit der Unters-bergseilbahn ist ebenfalls ein lohnendes Ausflugsziel. Der Tauernradweg beginnt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir laden Sie herzlich ein in eine der schönsten Regionen Deutschlands.
Von dieser 65 qm großen Wohnung aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das gigantische Bergmassiv des Untersbergs. Im Wohnraum mit Küchenblock befindet sich ein Essbereich sowie eine Couchecke. Ein Flachbildschirm mit SAT-TV sowie Selbstwähltelefon und freies WLAN bieten wir unseren Gästen. Von diesem Raum aus haben Sie Zugang zum Westbalkon mit herrlicher Abendsonne. Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Gefrierkombination, Kaffeemaschine, 4 Plattenherd, Wasserkocher Toaster und Radio ausgestattet. Geschirrtücher sind genügend vorhanden. Das Elternschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit neuwertigen Matratzen, bezogenen Betten und einen Zugang zum Südbalkon. Hier befinden sich noch ein Safe und ein Bügelbrett mit Bügel-eisen. Alle Räume haben Rollläden. Das Bad mit großem Fenster, Dusche, WC, Fön, Waage und Vergrößerungsspiegel lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Handtücher sind inclusive.
