The Space:

Welcome to our stunning one-bedroom studio, set within the peaceful and private grounds of Baydon House in Marlborough. This beautifully designed space offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and countryside charm - ideal for both short breaks and extended stays.



Step inside to discover a bright, open-plan living area with generous space to relax, dine, and entertain. The kitchen is contemporary, featuring basic cooking appliances and a welcoming breakfast bar. Just to inform you, it does not have a large oven. A mini sharp oven is available to use alongside a microwave and toaster. We also do not have a washing machine or tumble dryer. The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly into the lounge, where soft lighting, plush seating, and garden views create a calm and homely atmosphere.



The separate bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a luxurious king-size bed dressed in crisp linens and calming tones. For additional guests, the living space includes a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing the studio to accommodate up to four people.



Guests enjoy ample parking for multiple vehicles, and full access to the serene grounds surrounding Baydon House. With Marlborough’s town centre, restaurants, and shops just a short drive away, it’s the perfect base for exploring the Wiltshire countryside, the Ridgeway, or the nearby market towns.



Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this modern countryside escape offers a perfect balance of privacy, style, and convenience.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Marlborough Downs offer stunning walking and cycling trails with breathtaking views of the rolling countryside. Nature lovers will also appreciate Savernake Forest, one of the few ancient, privately owned forests in England, perfect for peaceful hikes and wildlife spotting.

Bus Services

The route Bus 48 / 48A runs through Baydon (stop: Downsmead, Aldbourne Road) connecting Swindon → Aldbourne → Ramsbury → Marlborough.

Because Baydon is a village location, bus services are limited in frequency, so planning ahead is recommended.

We can provide a travel cot (subject to availability) for a small extra charge of £10. If you require this for your stay, please let us know straight after booking so we can arrange this for you. Please note you will need to provide your own bedding for the travel cot.
