The cozy apartment V, which is part of residence Margreth, is situated in quiet area of Marling (Marlengo), a little village near Meran (Merano), and is a brilliant starting point for hiking and biking holidays in this beautiful area of South Tyrol. The apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed for one person and 2 single beds, a kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe and satellite and cable television. From the balcony, you can enjoy a great view over the mountains and vineyards while having a morning coffee, and the communal outdoor area with a spacious garden and an open terrace invites you to relax after a day in the open countryside. A 4-minute drive away (1.4 km), you will find supermarkets in the centre of Marling and some restaurants. The “Waalweg” and the “Höhenweg” are 2 wonderful hiking and biking trails starting from Marling, which lead you through vineyards and an amazing panorama. The quaint city of Meran, famous for its spa resorts and with many cafés and restaurants, is located 3.7 km (22 minutes by bus) from Marling and the town of Lana is 3.5 km (19 minutes by bus) south of Marling. The bus stop is only 2 minutes on foot (140 m) from the apartment, and the nearest train station is a 5-minute drive (2.2 km) away, in a fringe area of Meran. In a 30-minute drive (33 km) you can also get to South Tyrol’s capital city of Bozen (Bolzano).
