86m² cottage on the ground floor and first floor with a private grassy garden equipped with garden furniture. The accommodation opens onto the living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area and the relaxation / TV lounge. Upstairs, there are the two bedrooms (1 bed 140 / 1 bed 160) and the bathroom. To make your stay pleasant, charges and heating are included, and the beds are made upon arrival. Non-smoking cottage. NO CATS !!!! At the crossroads of the Haute-Loire, the Ardèche and the Loire, you will easily radiate to discover the different regions surrounding the cottage. This location allows proximity to the countryside, the beautiful wild forests, the rivers, the marked trails for your walks, ... Pascale opens the doors of her family home from the 60s, entirely renovated and decorated to offer you a cozy and comfortable stay. It is located next to the owners' house in the hamlet of Brodillon, along the RD10 road and the Maboeuf River.
