Welcome to our modern cabin, newly completed in 2025. Just one mile from Marlinton and directly across from the entrance to Stillwell Park, this private retreat is perfectly positioned for outdoor adventure. The Greenbrier River Trail is only 100 yards away, and you’ll be within walking distance of the Greenbrier River and Monongahela National Forest lands—ideal for hunting, fishing, and exploring.

Nestled in the heart of the Monday Lick Trail system, the cabin offers easy access to some of the best recreation in the area. Designed with families and accessibility in mind, the home is single-level, handicap friendly and includes a pack-and-play and high chair.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, one full bath with a shower and tub, and all the modern comforts—including high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi a fully equipped kitchen and an electric indoor fireplace. Step outside and unwind on the spacious concrete patio, perfect for stargazing or morning coffee. All linens and towels are provided. Guests will need to provide their own consumables after initial supply is exhausted - such as body soaps, toilet paper and paper towels.
