Temizlik talep etmediğiniz sürece yapılmıyor.Recepsiyonist ve yenekhane de çalışmakta olan arkadaşlar ilgili ve çok kibarlar.Ana sahipleri ve yöneticileri hakkında olumlu nir yorum yapanayacağımm.Hiç misafir perver değillerdi.özellikle önceki gelişlerimiz de daha bir güzel karşılama oluyordu.

13-16 Ağustos arası konaklama yaptım. Kahvaltı dahil olarak seçtim . Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli değildi . Ortalama bir kahvaltı idi . Hotel odasında sevdiğim tek şey ikinci katta deniz manzarali odada konaklama yapmış olmam beni mutlu eden tek sebeplerden birisiydi . Bunu haricinde odada televizyon var çalışmıyor , mini dolap var çalışıp çalışmamak arasında bir durumda . Tuvalet ise rezalet . Çünkü sifonlu çekiyorsunuz giderin ordan pis suyu geri veriyor . Odaya girdim gireli hergun tuvaleti yıkadım . Sıcak su bazen akıyor bazen hiç akmiyor. Aktığı zaman ise çok akmıyor zaten . Bizim için kötü bir konaklama oldu .

Turizm sektöründe çalışan biri olarak konaklama deneyimim gerçekten harikaydı. Tesisin tüm çalışanları, A’dan Z’ye kadar her konuda yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptı. Güler yüzlü ve profesyonel yaklaşım, tatilim boyunca bana kendimi çok özel hissettirdi. Her türlü ihtiyacım anında karşılandı ve personel her zaman olumlu bir tutum sergiledi. Yaşadığım bazı küçük olumsuzluklara rağmen, bu deneyimden oldukça memnun kaldım. Özellikle personelin sorunu hemen çözme ve konuklarının rahatı için gösterdiği çaba takdire şayandı. Burası, tüm bu olumlu yönleriyle bir sonraki tatilimde tercih edeceğim tek yer olacak. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum ve herkese tavsiye ederim.

Daha ilk girişte aksilikler başladı, deniz manzaralı diye rezervasyon yaptık, deniz tarafında ama manzara yok, odada buzdolabı yok, klima arıza, yatak örtüsü kirli, banyoda duşakabin yok, tek kelimeyle rezalet!!! Tek iyi yanı denize sıfır konumda olması, başka hiçbir güzelliği yok!!!!

Üç günlük bir tatil için tercih ettiğim bu oteli ne yazık ki beğenmedim. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar genel olarak çok tatlı çok güleryüzlülerdi ancak hizmet olarak aynı şeyi söyleyemem. Üç gün kaldığım otelde üç farklı günde oda değiştirdim. Benim seçtiğim oda sitede ve işletmede farklıymış o şekilde söylediler. Temizlik personelleri her sabah sağolsun kapıyı kıracak gibi vurarak alarm gibi uyandırıyorlardı. Dediğim gibi resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar güler yüzlüydü ancak işletme tam anlamıyla oturmuş bir işletme değil anladığım kadarıyla tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer değil.
