İlk olarak otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Plaja, merkeze ve marketlere beş dakika uzaklıktaydı. İkinci olarak otel sahibi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Üçüncü olarak daire çok şık ve konforluydu. Dördüncü olarak mutfak eşyaları dört kişinin ihtiyaçlarını çok iyi bir şekilde karşılıyordu. Son olarak. Salonda ve yatak odasında iki ayrı klima olması bir lütuf gibiydi.
