Our family was in town for NMU graduation. The reasonable rates made it well worth the drive to Marquette! Everything about our two rooms was great. We plan to stay here again for future visits.

Good and convenient

We've stayed here before, the rooms are spaceous with two queen beds, a refrigerator and desk. The only real problem was that there are not enough outlets and no USB connections at all. It may have been because it is the "off season" for tourism but the breakfast was dismal. Both waffle makers were out of order and pastry offerings were slim to none. The hotel is located conveniently next door to the Christmas casino making it easy to walk over if you want to gamble. It also has a small party store attached.

Not what it used to be.

Not what it used to be. Its getting a little rundown. The sign out front is unreadable, none of the sidewalks had been cleared or saltedand were all very icy. I requested an early check in but waa told 3pm is the check in time, even though the hotel was basically empty. They are shutting down the attached convenience store, which is one of the reasons i used to go there. Ive used this hotel for years on snowmobile trips, but will not be going back.

Hotel and staff were good. Unfortunately we come up for snowmobiling and gambling and stay at this location because it's next to casino, has gas and a convenient store. The casino, gas station and convenient store were closed so we cut our trip short. I understand that the casino experienced a hacking event but why it takes in excess of two weeks to fix is beyond me. It also baffles me why a hotel that was pre-book doesn't communicate these issues to its customers prior to them arriving.
