The hotel looks nice from the facade and online pictures but the reality at the hotel is very different. Guests are all predominantly French or Moroccon and the majority of the guests are rude, dismissive and do not know how to queue. Further, the staff are all generally rude and do not smile or try to help. In the restaurant regularly at breakfast, coffee cups and juice cups would run out and not be replenished for ages. Further, I witnessed staff handling hams and cheeses with their bare hands - no gloves. The water park had several maintenance issues and several slides were broken and not working. The floor within the water park was dangerously wet and slippery, whilst I understand it’s going to get wet - there was no drainage for the water and inconsequence walkways in the water park became dangerously slippery. I didn’t leave the resort and only ate and drank in the resort. Me, my friend and several guests came down with food poising and became very sick. After being seen by a doctor they confirmed that it was a stomach bug and due to poor sanitation from eating and drinking. Like I said I witnessed staff handling food with their bare hands and also the same with ice cubes and fruit. I became very seriously ill and this did spoil my holiday; the reception staff were unhelpful and I only got medical attention using my travel insurance. The resort blasts loud and thumping French and Moroccan music from 10am through to 11pm at night - there is no relaxation

The hotel itself deserves only 3 stars however the aqua park i would rate at 5 stars. if you are going there for the hotel only i would advise to visit elsewhere. The aquapark is great has waterslides for all ages and guards on site of every slide and pool which is a posative.

The hotel is nice if your expecting a 3 star. There are plenty of pools with loungers and the waterpark is a great experience.

Just back from a week holiday and couldn't fault the Hotel in any way. The whole place is spotless, the facilities are excellent and the animation team were really super. Would highly recommend.

This is an honest review from a family of six. The hotel looks great in the brochure but don’t expect what is said. The water lark is wicked apart from the fact you can’t use any of the slides as the water is sooooo cold. And I don’t mean chilly I mean freezing to the point the kids cried when they enter it. None of the pools are heated. Not one. This works I’m sure I’m the summer months but during the winter it is rediculous. There was only one restaurant open and the food after day two was the same same. There is nowhere to get anything else. I would compare this to but line in the UK. I would definitely return to Morocco again but just not here. The staff are great especially Nurudine in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us.

It was a great place to go for

We had great family time had great experience from amenities bar and food service was brilliant but reception staff was just waste of space and time very slow service and very bad customer service plus spa services we wouldn't recommend to anyone, apart from this we would love to go back which we have been assured that they will look into this and make sure no one else go through this. Great place for kids and full excitement.

Dans l'ensemble tout s'est plus ou moins bien passé, les repas sont très bon et variés, le personnel est très accueillants et il y a beaucoup d'animations (pour les enfants, adultes, familles). Pas le temps de s'ennuyer avec tous les toboggans les enfants étaient ravis.

Das Hotel war super, das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat sind die Zeiten des Wasserparks und vom Indoor-Pool. Die Zeiten sind nur von 10-17 Uhr wobei hier auch öfter später geöffnet und früher geschlossen wurde. Das Personal ist extrem Kinderfreundlich, zuvorkommend man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist hervorragend geschmacklich sowie die Qualität ist super. Wir würden in das Hotel immer wieder gehen ist gerade für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Auch in die Stadt sind es nur 25 min mit dem Taxi also auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt.

Les toboggans et piscine sont tops. Les chambres sont propres et grandes mais la climatisation est trop légère.
