Brand new appartement on the fifth floor, with a big terrasse of 30 sq.m overlooking the pink city of Marrakesh. The appartement is decoratet with a Moroccan touch , but has all modern facilities.
Situated in Semlalia, with in walking distance to the modern part of Marrakesh, Gueliz with the shopping center of Carre Eden, Jardin Majorelle, Bab Doukala and the old Medina.
The appartement it self is 70 sq.m consisting of a big living room, a modern American kitchen with all equipment like fridge, micro oven, oven, freezer, coffe machine etc.

Great wifi, elevator, 2 bedrooms, walkin closet and a good bathroom with shower.
24 hours concierge living in the building and if you have a car, free carpark in the basement.

Lots of different small shops, cafees, supermarked, wineshop etc. are close by.
.Close to the medical faculty, Gueliz, Carré Éden, The garden of YSL, and very friendly neighborhood

Taxi is just at the main road, 100 m. away as well as local buses. Taxi should cost about 15-20 mad anyway around Marrakesh, daytime. A little more during the night.

Central railwaystation 2 km away.
Gueliz and Majorelle garden easily reached by foot.
