VRBO mixed up and the apartment I rented for four nights was UNDER CONSTRUCTION when I arrived.

I was forced to endure 3 hours on the phone with VRBO getting my $2k refund processed and 2 nights hotel sorted (paid for by VRBO). I incurred long distance phone charges, had to explain their mixup multiple times, was put on hold for over a 90 mins in total - only to be transferred to a dreadful hotel. A real dump. Their remedy process was brutal. All those hours spent sorting out a problem that I did not cause. I have no plans to ever use VRBO again. They essentially ruined the first 3 days of a visit to spectacular Marrakech.

Merci pour ce court séjour. La maison est assez exceptionnelle en tout point. Nous avons adoré la terrasse sur le toit et les services du personnel de maison (repas...).
