We had an amazing stay at this hotel — it was truly more than our expectations. From start to finish, everything was excellent. The facilities were outstanding, very well maintained, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurants were fantastic, with great variety and quality of food. What really made our experience special was the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Hind and Joe for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Hussam at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. In fact, all the staff deserve recognition — everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We look forward to returning again!

Food was good, not exceptional but quite good choices. BIG problem is with "fresh fruit". Melon, pineapple, plums etc were tasteless. I expect the fruit had been frozen and defrosted....not a good thing. Rest of food was good. Tables and chairs in restaurants were very basic and could have been in a canteen. Restaurants, pool area and all surrounding areas were always more than spotless with cleaners continually cleaning the floors and all other areas. The hotel could do with a nice quieter bar with comfortable seating as the sports bar tends to be very noisy. There is the lobby bar, which has comfortable seating but it is mainly a coffe bar with bakery products which are all delicious. But no cocktail bar as such. The 3 story builings would benefit from lifts (elevators) as we were informed that this was a problem for customers with walking problem and parents with push chairs with young children. Also getting up to sports bar which has a long flight of stairs.

Vraiment choquĂ©e de cet hĂŽtel. Il y a un problĂšme avec les installations Ă©lectriques et mon sĂšche cheveux Dyson a grillĂ© tout le bĂątiment Ă©tait d’ailleurs victime d’incident durant toute la journĂ©e la chambre d’à cĂŽtĂ© n’avait pas d’électricitĂ© du tout. L’hĂŽtel n’a fait aucune compensation mĂȘme pas un brushing offert qui coĂ»te d’ailleurs 500dh. C’est du vol 50€ un brushing au Maroc

Wir hatten schlechte Erfahrung mit der Rezeption gemacht. Erst liess man uns sehr lange warten (>3h) und anschliessend gab es ein angebliches Upgrade allerdings, war das die Kategorie, welche wir gebucht haben. Das Zimmer, was wir gebucht haben, war mit 92m2 angegeben. Was sich aber als Irrtum rausstellte. Es war ungefĂ€hr 45m2, inkl. Balkon, gross. Jeden Tag hatten wir weniger TĂŒcher, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde die Minibar nicht mehr aufgefĂŒllt und von unseren 5 Tagen Aufenthalt ging das Internet 3 Tage nicht. FĂŒr mich Dinge, die bei dem Preis klappen sollten. Denn das Hotel liegt ausserhalb der Altstadt und man benötigt jedesmal ein Taxi (ca. 20 Euro pro Fahrt). Das Essen war ok, aber alles lauwarm oder sogar kalt. Das Servicepersonal ist hingegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wellnessangebote sind im oberen Preissegment, Ă€hnlich Deutschland / Schweiz.
