We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the security team at the gate, to reception, waiters, chefs and bar staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention to Mia from the entertainment team, who was brilliant at bingo on our last night and kept everyone laughing and engaged. such a great way to end the holiday. We couldn’t fault the service and would happily return.

Really really great resort and it made my trip really memorable. December in Morocco can be really chilly in the mornings and nights so dress warmly as there is only a short period of time in the middle of the day where the hotter temps come around (17-22). Location is tucked away even though you are very close to the Jemaa el-Fna Square (10 mins walk). Right next door there is a craft center if you do not want to make the walk to the square (Chambre d'Artisanat Marocain) and a nice park across the street. Pools: there are pools and while people do take the loungers near them most are not going into the pool. Entertainment: I love how each day there is an agenda of activities. Always keeps you engaged and not bored. Michael especially made it great as he actively made rounds to everyone to ask how they were doing or to get participation in activities. Food: Honestly I was worried how I would react to the food but there was sooo many options at each breakfast, lunch, dinner to cover peoples different tastes. I never ate so much food and loved it all. Guests/Vibe: Maybe December being "off-season" played a part but there were a lot of seniors who stayed here. That might be a nagative if you were hoping for a live group of guests but if you want a relaxing stay it is the best group of people. So nice and easy to talk to. All in all, I would come back again and I am not alone there were many repeat guests there that come each year.

Room was ok ,needed update and a deep clean !! but “balcony “ area was shocking couldn’t see anything it had trellis all around with fake ivy on .public toilets in bar areas and foyer were a disgrace never in the hotels I’ve stayed have I seen such tired dirty spaces .staff were great

The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort.

Except hotel, facilities and staff were excellent. Easy walk into to centre and souk. Food was good, plenty of choice and wait staff to attentive. A la carte restaurant was well worth a visit, shame could only do once per week as not busy and food was excellent

Good hotel, nice poolside and gardens with sun loungers. Relaxing Bar for the evening. Food service was very good. Taxis available outside and walkable to centre. Slightly limited cocktail menu and add ons (£) for premier cocktails which is disappointing. Room 1008 was modern with good WiFi. Balcony not great and door not sealed so very loud. Why there is a stage playing club music until 23:15 every night in an adult only hotel? You can’t sleep before they finish if you want to relax.
